Evra bizarrely congratulates Messi for winning Ballon d’Or, despite winner not being announced

Patrice Evra has taken to social media to congratulate Lionel Messi on winning the 2021 Ballon d'Or, despite the fact that the winner has not been announced yet. The Argentina and Paris Saint-Germain forward is tipped to win the prestigious individual award once again, which will be awarded on November 29 at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris. However, Evra has already taken to Instagram to congratulate him on the achievement - even though no official announcement has been made yet.
