With personal chefs set to be banned, the Dutchman wants players to use the canteen at Carrington as their main source for meals. He has also sought to overhaul the menu available to the squad, with fish and vegetables now more prominent at meal times.
Each player will still receive a unique food plan to meet their individual needs, however, it will now be controlled by the club.
Ten Hag is also keen to ensure players keep their weight in check and their BMIs will be checked on a weekly basis.
The report adds that any player late to training or team meetings - regardless of their status at Old Trafford - will be dropped without exception.
Drinking alcohol during a matchweek will also be banned, and with the Red Devils set to play twice a week due to European commitment, it will essentially work as a blanket ban. He has also asked that all player grievances are run by him, instead of going to agents or other sources.
