Dana White must be regretting his remarks about Brock Lesnar the day after UFC 200

Hindsight is 20/20

‘He was clean’.

Dana White must have felt he had every right to be satisfied with how UFC 200 went down.

The UFC president had lost two main events – Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz and Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormer – but still managed to pull together a stacked card and a decent show. That even included a back-and-forth three-rounder between Brock Lesnar and Mark Hunt.

So when an MMA enthusiast included him in a Twitter complaint about Lesnar’s presence, White fired back. The day after UFC 200, White responded:

As it turns out, and according to the United States Anti-Doping Agency, Lesnar was not clean.

The WWE/UFC star has been flagged by USADA for a positive result to a test carried out on June 28. The UFC released a statement on Lesnar’s possible violation but, as of yet, there has been no personal statement or tweets from White.

One suspects, however, that he won’t be going hunting with Lesnar any time soon:

What a mess.
