Now the Portuguese captain has taken some time to reward himself for his achievements, as it looks like he's bought himself one of the most expensive cars in the world - the Bugatti Veyron.
The Real Madrid superstar showed off his new prized possession on Instagram with the caption "the animal arrive". However, considering these cars have the power of around 1,200 horses, perhaps describing it as an animal is a bit of an understatement.
At £1.7m, the Bugatti Veyron doesn't come cheap but we doubt he'll mind too much considering it would take him roughly a month and a half to earn all that back.
