We really feel for this commentator - we never know when to stop shouting 'penal' at full blast either.

It seems as though Univision didn't have much excitement thrown their way during Mexico's Gold Cup quarter-final against Costa Rica, so the award of a 120th-minute penalty was enough for plenty of pent-up energy to be released. Andres Guardado scored the spot-kick, awarded for what I guess we'll call a foul on Oribe Peralta, to send his team into the semi-finals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fbq7x5mSOqA&feature=youtu.be Mexican fans saw the goal as payback for the contentious penalty that allowed The Netherlands to knock them out of the 2014 World Cup.
