The header bin challenge is a craze that has been gripping the football world.

Everyone from St Johnstone to Man United has had a go, and the Colombian national team are the latest to try. But they've kicked things up a notch, getting 20 squad members to take part in this audacious attempt. It took so long that the video footage - filmed by midfielder Fredy Guarin - had to be split into two parts.
