The pressure is cranking up on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Two young kids hijacked a live MUTV broadcast to shout ‘Ole out’ after Manchester United drew 1-1 against Everton at Old Trafford.Manchester United drew 1-1 against Everton at Old Trafford.

United went into the half-time break in the lead courtesy of Anthony Martial’s smartly taken opener just before half-time.

However, a rapid counter-attack from Everton saw Andros Townsend one-on-one with David De Gea, with the former Crystal Palace man making no mistake with an emphatic finish.

Despite introducing Cristiano Ronaldo and Paul Pogba from the bench, the home side were unable to find a winner and dropped more points in the Premier League.

Although they scored late to secure victory against Villarreal in the Champions League in midweek, the Red Devils have won just two of their previous six fixtures in all competitions.

Considering this, pressure has once again started to mount on manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

A number of United fans have taken to social media in recent weeks to express their view on whether or not the Norwegian is the right man for the job – with the phrase ‘Ole Out’ used quite frequently by a number of fans.

Following the Red Devils’ draw against the Toffees, two young fans approached Sam Homewood, the presenter of MUTV’s post-game show, to give their opinion on the game.

However, the first kid simply stated: “Ole out” before walking off.

With a chance to either copy his mate – or provide his own insight about the tie – the second youngster also called for Solskjaer’s dismissal, as well as delivering a crushing assessment of Jadon Sancho: “Same here, Ole Out, Sancho’s crap”.

After the two ‘visitors’ had spoken their mind and walked away, Homewood handled it as well as he could and was quick to make a joke of what had just happened.

“I’ll be honest, I expected better from children,” he said. “That’ll teach me.”

He added: “I no longer trust any children… anywhere.”

Awkward.
