It’s one thing to win the Champions League, but being the first man to lift the trophy must be that little bit extra special.
For all you fans of the Champions League, we have a doozy of a question for you.
We are asking if you can name every player that’s captained a Champions League-winning team from 2000 right up until 2017. We are only counting players who started the game wearing the captain’s armband. Club captains who didn’t feature or players who took the armband after the starting captain was substituted don’t count.
To help you out, we’ve included the names of the clubs that have won the trophy in the 21st Century. You have eight minutes to complete the quiz.
