Carl Froch thinks Logan Paul has a chance of beating Floyd Mayweather

Carl Froch has said that Logan Paul may have more of a chance than most people are giving him ahead of his exhibition fight with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather. Froch, the former super middleweight champion of the world, said that YouTuber Paul has "got a chance," and "looks like he can shape up quite well." Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "Logan Paul is so big, Floyd Mayweather has been retired so long, and you do think, 'What if Mayweather ruins his legacy by losing to a YouTuber?' I don't want to say he's got a chance, but he has got a chance. He looks like he can shape up quite well." The fight between Paul and 44-year-old Mayweather, who went his entire professional boxing career unbeaten, is taking place on Sunday in Miami. Froch did add that Mayweather will be "incredibly hard to hit" though, and compared it to himself "playing an old tennis player who has not played for years." He said: "Mayweather is going to be incredibly hard to hit. Logan is heavier and slower and although Mayweather hasn't competed at any level for so long, it really doesn't matter. "It's like me playing an old tennis player who has not played for years. I play tennis quite a lot now, but I just know I'm getting beat by the pro tennis player, who has been retired for two years, because they are just too good.
