Bellator’s Heather Hardy once beat the crap out of Louis C.K.

She can scrap

Viewers of Louie might just recognise Bellator’s new signing, Heather Hardy.

Hardy is doing the opposite of Conor McGregor, insofar as the boxing champion is abandoning the ring to try her hand at mixed martial arts.

The 35-year-old went undefeated between 2012 and May of this year, but she is set to make her MMA debut at Bellator 180 this weekend.

At Madison Square Garden, Hardy will face Alice Yauger and will hope that her striking translates to the cage.

It certainly translated to the screen back in 2015 when she was cast by the world’s best comedian, Louis C.K. for a cameo appearance in his semi-autobiographical show, Louie.

IMDb has Hardy’s role listed simply as “tough woman” for the episode, Bobby’s House, and it’s easy to see why as Hardy absolutely lays into the comic.

C.K. is a keen boxing fan and is regularly pictured attending big fights on the east coast of the United States.

He also has trained under boxing great Micky Ward, the legend on whom the film The Fighter was based.
