He might not have played much in the last few years, but former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner is becoming something of a lucky charm for his clubs.
The Danish forward has fewer than 50 performances to his name in the last three seasons, but his clubs have won trophies in each of those campaigns. In 2013-14 he made a grand total of 14 appearances in league and cup for Arsenal, earning an FA Cup winner's medal despite missing out on the final. And when new club Wolfsburg saw off Borussia Dortmund in the German Cup final, the unlikely treble was completed.
