There are a number of high profile players who won't be going to the World Cup next summer.
Those players include David Alaba, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexis Sanchez whose native countries of Austria, Gabon and Chile failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Egypt, however, did qualify for their first World Cup since Italia '90 largely thanks for goals from Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah. Arsenal midfielder Elneny is one of Salah's Egyptian teammates and today he took to Twitter to remind his Arsenal teammate Alexis Sanchez of this fact.

Evidently very proud of his country's achievement, Elneny listed all of his Arsenal teammates who will also be travelling to Russia with their respective nations in the summer of 2018, and jokingly mocked the fact that there would be no room for Sanchez.
Some fans saw the funny side to the tweet.

While some observers are worried about the way Sanchez may react to what was surely meant as a light-hearted joke.

Sanchez has been linked with a move to Manchester City as his contract with Arsenal runs down, and some Arsenal fans may worry that this will anger the Chilean and push him closer to a January move. You'd hope he sees the funny side, though.
