Alexis Sanchez has been trolled by his Arsenal teammate on Twitter

Hopefully Sanchez sees the funny side.

There are a number of high profile players who won't be going to the World Cup next summer. Those players include David Alaba, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexis Sanchez whose native countries of Austria, Gabon and Chile failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Egypt, however, did qualify for their first World Cup since Italia '90 largely thanks for goals from Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah. You'd hope he sees the funny side, though.
