Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has returned to Liverpool's Premier League squad for Friday night's match against Huddersfield for the first time since he picked up a serious knee injury more than a year ago.
The midfielder, who impressed for Jurgen Klopp's side before injuring his knee against AS Roma in their Champions League semi-final first leg last April, has been named on the bench for the match at Anfield.
His return comes at the ideal time for the title chasers, who find themselves one point behind Manchester City with three league games remaining.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has played twice for the club’s U23 line-ups in recent weeks since finishing his rehabilitation, at Derby County and Leicester City.
“I will never walk alone.” Mo Salah has confirmed that he is leaving Liverpool at the end of the season. Salah shared the news in a tearful video. In the statement Salah says: “Hello everyone.
