Terms and Conditions for Fanta Competition

There are 8 prizes to be won and there will be 8 individual winners selected. Each prize shall consist of:

Terms and Conditions:

1. The use of this prize is subject to availability and capacity restrictions.
2. Valid for redemption up to and including 30 September 2017.
3. This prize is offered by Merlin Attractions Operations Limited (Merlin) and is subject to Merlin’s THORPE PARK ANNUAL PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE details of which can be found at https://www.thorpepark.com/terms-conditions/annual-passes
4. How to claim: Winners should present a valid voucher stating that the above prize has been won to a member of staff at an admissions desk at THORPE PARK Resort in order to redeem this prize.
5. Entrants must be 16 years or over.
6. No purchase is necessary.
7. Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted.
8. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing time.
9. The winner will be notified by email or phone up to 3 working days after the competition closes.
10. JOE Media will contact the winner with a deadline for responding with information. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 2 days from the first correspondence, JOE Media will reallocate their prize to an alternative winner selected at the same time and by the same means as the original.
11. The winner will receive their prize up to a month after they have been announced the winner. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferrable.
13. If the winner is under the age of 18, JOE Media will require parental consent. If the winner is under the age of 18, the winner will need to ensure that their guest is over the age of 18 and JOE media will need the winner’s parent/guardian to confirm they are happy for the winner to travel with them.
14. The winner will need to be a resident of GB and the winner must hold a valid passport.
15. The competition is open to all UK residents except JOE Media employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
16. The winner must have submitted their entry themselves.
17. Travel is not included.
18. The winner will be required to submit proof of their name and address as well as those details for their guest. The winner may be required to sign a statement proving their eligibility/liability.
19. Joe Media and any associated promoters, bear no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged, incomplete or received after the closing time.
20. All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
21. The winner agrees to their name being announced on “The Rush Show”.
22. We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant whose entry we believe be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
23. This competition is run through JOE media only and it is not sponsored by any social media platforms that “The Rush Show” is shown on.
