I don't think Easter gets enough credit. In the ranking of annual holidays, Christmas obviously sits at the top, but Easter is right up there.
It's warmer (usually), sunnier (usually), there's no dark evenings, there's a long weekend, and most importantly some elite food.
Chocolate, hot cross buns, roast lamb and mint sauce. Good stuff.
