Ah, Euro 2012.
The first tournament under Roy Hodgson, some big names still part of the England squad and after a dismal World Cup in South Africa two years before, there was hope that this time, this time, England would turn up.
Alas, they didn't. They managed to get out of a relatively difficult group containing co-hosts Ukraine, France and Sweden with two wins and a draw to give Three Lions supporters some false hope.
Then came Italy. The finesse of Andrea Pirlo, the showman antics of Mario Balotelli and more. Once again, it proved too much for England as they bowed out the way they know best... on penalties.
So in honour of one of the many England sides to almost bring it home, this quiz is all about that side that started the penalty shootout defeat to Italy.
When you close your eyes and try to remember who was lining up at full back, try not to think about that Pirlo panenka as you only have five minutes on this quiz.
Best of luck and godspeed!
