While Westminster is consumed by Brexit, the rest of the country is already dealing with the consequences

In Swindon, Honda is closing a major factory and directly cutting 3,500 jobs, let alone the many thousands more that will be lost down the supply chain. Most of Swindon’s population have a direct connection to the employer. Oli Dugmore went there to find a town fighting for its soul, from a workers’ march demanding government intervention to the bar of a Polish community centre.
