World’s most pierced man with 278 penis piercings reveals impact on sex life

He has more than 450 metal piercings over his body

The man who holds the world record for the most amount of piercings on his body has opened up about the impact his body modifications have on his sex life. Rolf Buchholz, 61, is the world's most pierced man, holding a Guinness World Record for having a total of 453 metal piercings all over his body. His body art goes further than your average ear and lip piercings though. He said: "It's not a problem at all. If there was a problem, I would have got rid of them already long ago." Buchholz also revealed the modification that sticks in his memory the most for how painful it was. Rolf said: "My most painful modification was my palm tattoo. Rolf does have a number of issues when it comes to airports though. The piercings are obviously a nightmare going through the metal detectors, and he was even once denied entry to the UAE over fears from the authorities that he practiced 'black magic.' He said: "Those who escorted me back to the plane said it was because of the way I looked and it was because I am black magic."
