A replica of the World-Famous Endeavour ship that has been converted into a pub is up for sale on Rightmove.
The vessel, currently moored in Whitby harbour, Yorkshire is one of only two exact replicas of the ship Captain Cook used to discover the world in the 18th Century.
It is one of Whitby’s most visual and iconic tourist attractions allowing visitors to sit on deck whilst enjoying a refreshing pint and some food.
The three decks offer a capacity for up to 250 people and can be used for private functions.
However, the listing on Rightmove says that the ship can be relocated, should the buyer wish, to anywhere in the world.
The replica ship is merely a 'seaworthy' replica, it can neither sail nor does it have a motor - the ship must be towed or transported should the buyer wish to relocate the vessel.
Currently, as well as a hospitality venue, the ship boasts many replica features of Cook’s ship on its main deck, including the captain’s table, giving the feel of a living museum.
The top deck is dedicated to seating, with a current capacity for 80 while the lower deck houses the ship's hospitality area, complete with a commercial kitchen, bar, and seating for 100 people.
The advert goes on to list several other potential uses for the ship including as a holiday let, party boat, casino and a wedding venue.
It has been put on the market for £1.5m but the new owners could see a surprising return on their investment.
Nationwide Business Sales have suggested that tourist sales during peak season could reach £10,000 per day.
