With the value of the pound at a catastrophic low thanks to Brexit, multi-national suppliers are trying to get British retailers to raise prices in order to absorb the loss.
Tesco has refused Unilever's proposal to increase prices on their goods by 10%, and Unilever has responded by no longer supplying their goods to British Tesco stores effective as of last night.
