Trump’s former chief strategist Steve Bannon charged with fraud over Mexico wall bid

He has been and arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud

Steve Bannon - President Trump's former chief strategist - has been arrested and charged with fraud in relation to the building of a border wall with Mexico.

The U.S. Department of Justice says the charges relate to fundraising around the building of the border wall. According to Sky News, the charges were contained in an indictment unsealed in Manhattan federal court.
