US President Donald Trump has threatened that the US will respond "at levels never seen before" should Iran attack America.
Iran had launched missile strikes on Tel Aviv earlier this week.
According to Sky News, Israel has reported that at least eight people have been killed in Iranian missile strikes overnight. Four people are said to have died following a direct hit to a building in Bat Yam, just south of Tel Aviv and four more people reportedly died in the northern city of Tamra.
Meanwhile, Trump has made it clear that the USA would retaliate with "levels never seen before" if Iran decides to attack the US.
Following Israel's retaliation to Iran, he wrote on his Truth Social that the USA had "nothing to do with the attack on Iran, tonight".
He wrote: "If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the U.S. Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before.
"However, we can easily get a deal done between Iran and Israel, and end this bloody conflict!!!"
Following Iran's attack on Israel, the IDF responded with missiles on Tehran on Friday.
Official numbers have not been provided on the casualties that they suffered.
Tehran's UN envoy said 78 people had been killed on Friday.
He also said more than 320 people were wounded.
However, on Saturday, Iran said 60 people were killed after a missile brought down a 14-storey block of flats in the capital, including 29 children.
It remains unclear if the nation has suffered any more casualties over night.
