The US President adds to his list of threats to bomb next

Donald Trump threatens to bomb Oman, a US ally working on reopening the strait of Hormuz as the 60-day deadline for Iran agreement expires.

The President warned of an attack on Oman if it “gets in the way” of the US’s efforts in opening the strait.

This threat is the second coming from the US to Oman, with the last being in May of the year.

The 60-day Iran deal between both nations to find a middle ground in ending the war has expired.

The US want to keep Iran from developing or obtaining a nuclear weapon.

However, advisers have come out saying that keeping oil prices low is also a priority for the US government.

A reporter from FOX News said that Trump made the comment over a phone call earlier today.

Oman has suffered a great deal of strikes from Iran since the conflict broke out, even though the country has remained neutral throughout the conflict.

The FOX reporter, Trey Yingst, quoted Trump as saying: "If Oman gets in the way, we'll bomb the sh*t out of them."

Donald Trump is said to have threatened Oman after Iran stated that the two sides had reached an agreement for ships to travel through the strait.

"An understanding has been reached regarding the map of the transit route,” said Foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei.

However, Trump has made it clear that he would rather the US play a larger role in reopening the strait.

The President spoke to FOX News saying that he had a direct backchannel with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

"They're good poker players, but they're dying," he was quoted as saying. "I have no time schedule. I'm not in a hurry."

Trump has also mentioned the upcoming November mid-term elections which had “nothing to do with my thinking.”

"The number one goal is, and always will be, that Iran cannot have, in any way, shape, or form, a nuclear weapon."
