Number 1 remains the same for the 7th straight year.

The 13th Annual Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey was released recently, it's a CRACKING read I'll tell you. The most interesting finding from the survey was the list of the top 10 most expensive cities to live in around the world. The study analysed 406 metropolitan housing markets in nine countries and found the "mean multiple." That's the median house price divided by the median household income. Here's the list from 10-1.
