The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued recalls on items from Tesco, Aldi and Lidl, with shoppers urged to check their cupboards and fridges for any of the products.
The FSA regularly issues recalls on products when health risks have been detected.
This can include products containing allergens that are not disclosed on the packaging or if plastic is detected in the item.
Recalls mean customers should return the product immediately.
The latest recall from the FSA has affected products from Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. The items in question are:
Lidl's Meadow Fresh Potato Salad with Yoghurt
Meadow Fresh Potato Salad with Crème Fraiche
Tesco Tzatziki Dip
Salmonella has been detected in this product. This is a dangerous bacteria that can cause fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps. If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Let's Party Vegetable Bao Buns
This product has been found to contain sesame and duck meat, neither of which are mentioned on the label. Some people have an allergy to sesame, making this product a health risk to them.
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to sesame, do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
