Couzens is already serving a whole life term for raping and murdering Everard
Wayne Couzens has been formally charged with four counts of indecent exposure, The Met Police has confirmed.
The former police officer, who is currently serving a whole life term for the rape and murder of Sarah Everard is alleged to have committed the offences between January and February 27 2021 in the Swanley area of Kent.
Couzens was charged by detectives on Wednesday and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 13.
