A new lawsuit has revealed that Priscilla Presley's former business partner alleged Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta's youngest son, Ben.
Brigitte Kruse has alleged that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used Keough's eggs to conceive their son, who was born in 2010, according to documents seen by Page Six on Wednesday.
In the lawsuit, Kruse claimed that Keough received between $10,000 and $20,000, as well as an old Jaguar, as part of the deal.
Kruse goes on to allege that Keough (36) agreed to give her eggs to Travolta because her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, who passed away in 2023, once gave hers to Travolta and Preston.
Lisa Marie reportedly agreed to help the pair conceive after her ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her they were unable to have their own biological children.
However, the Grease star (71) and Preston, who died at the age of 57, allegedly no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie's eggs anymore due to her drug use.
These allegations were made in a new lawsuit, first seen by the National Enquirer, which was filed by Priscilla’s former associates, including Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
Kruse and Fiaklo amended their original $50 million lawsuit against Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Priscilla’s son, for breach of contract.
According to the lawsuit, “the entire Presley family clamoured for control of the estate and for pay-outs, using plaintiffs Kruse and Fialko as both negotiators and mediators” after the death of Presley.
In a statement to Us Weekly, Priscilla's attorney, Marty Singer, denied the allegations made against her granddaughter on Monday.
Singer claimed that Kruse has “demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” the lawyer added, labelling the claims as “shameful.”
Travolta shared sons, Jett, who tragically died in 2009 at the age of 16, along with Ella Bleu (25) and Ben (15), with Preston.
Preston passed away in 2020 from breast cancer.
