A Republican candidate from Michigan has sparked outrage after saying that he tells his daughter to "lie back and enjoy it" if they think they are about to be raped. Robert Regan, also known as 'RJ', is running for a state House seat in Michigan and made the comments on Sunday during a Facebook livestream hosted by conservative group The Coalition to Rescue Michigan.
