The 20-year-old was flying home with United Airlines.
A pilot of an United Airlines flight Pilot ‘dragged passenger out of plane toilet with his pants down for taking too long’
20-year-old Yisroel Liebb was on a flight from Tulum to Houston, after which he ended up being led away in handcuffs.
When they landed in Houston, Liebb was handcuffed and taken off the aircraft following a humiliating ordeal.
According to a complaint obtained by The Independent, Liebb entered the aircraft’s toilet about 30 minutes into the flight.
About 20 minutes later, a flight attendance asked the passenger, Sebbag, who was sitting next to Liebb to check on him.
Liebb explained that he was ‘experiencing constipation’ and would be out shortly.
The passenger relayed this to the stewardess, however, 10 minutes later the pilot approached them again and asked that he join him to ‘once again try and get Liebb out’.

The pilot began ‘yelling loudly at Liebb, demanding that he leave the bathroom immediately,’ before ‘loudly demanding’ that he be removed from the bathroom.
After responding that he was ‘okay’ and would be out shortly, the pilot became visibly enraged, broke the lock on the door and forced the door to the bathroom open.
He pulled Liebb out of the bathroom with his pants still around his ankles, exposing his genitalia to Sebbag, flight attendants, and the nearby passengers.
According to the complaint, Liebb quickly pulled his pants back up, but had injured his head and legs when he was removed from the bathroom.
“With Sebbag leading Liebb, the pilot proceeded to repeatedly push the [two] back to their seats while making threats of getting [them] arrested and making scathing remarks about their Judaism, and how ‘Jews act’, read the complaint.
The passengers were dressed in religious attire at the time of the incident.
Customs and Border Patrol Officers boarded the plane once it landed in Houston, placing both passengers in handcuffs.
The complaint continues: “While being escorted form the plane, Liebb stated that the [two of them] have a legal right to know why they are being detained, but the CBP agents… responded that ‘this isn’t county or state, we are Homeland [Security], you have no rights here.'”
In a complaint details that Liebb suffered physical injuries, as well as extreme emotional distress and anxiety.
He added that he felt ‘sexually violated and embarrassed after having been publicly expose in the nude.’
They were both released without charges.
The two passengers are seeking damages which will be determined at trial.
