It turns out you can change the settings on the device so that it plays Christmassy sounds.A TikToker has shared the range of sounds on offer and explained how to access them.
Not only can you opt for a festive ringtone, but you can even add messages wishing guests Merry Christmas as they wait on the porch.
With a handful of Christmas-themed ringtones, anyone with a Ring doorbell will have more than enough choice when it comes to seasonal jingles.
From 'Festive Ding Dong' to 'Holiday Jingle' and 'Holiday Ding Dong', there’s a number of fun choices, although you’ll need a Ring Chime device to select one.
Once you have the app, selecting your new jingle is straightforward. Simply open the interface, click on the three lines located on the left hand side, choose ‘devices’, hit ‘chime’, then go to ‘audio settings’ and select ‘chime tones’.Once you’re there, you'll see the Christmas tones, then all you need to do is pick one that takes your fancy and hit save.
