YouTube, Gmail and other Google apps all crashed on Monday morning, kicking millions of people out of their accounts.
Both 'YouTubeDOWN' and 'Gmail' were trending on Twitter as the world's most popular search engine failed, bringing the working day to a standstill for many.

The outage appears to be most severely affecting Europe, but also areas in the Americas and Asia.

The search engine still appears to work - at the time of writing - while the Drive apps and YouTube are not accessible.
Google have not yet commented on the matter.
Of those who reported issues with YouTube, 54% said they couldn't access the website, 42% couldn't watch videos and 3% were struggling to log-in.
And of those who reported problems with Gmail, 75% couldn't log-in, 15% couldn't access the website, and 8% were not receiving messages.
