Nella has been forced to do a string of trials recently, taking on more trials than any other campmates, however during last night’s live segment she was nowhere to be seen, with Ant and Dec eventually revealing that she was being tended to by medical professionals.

Dec said: “Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she’ll be back later, but it means she’s now exempt from this trial.

“So let’s go in there and see who will be doing it.”

It was later confirmed by ITV that Nella did eventually return to camp, but fans have been left wondering why she was rushed out in the first place.

One of the YouTuber's friends spoke to The Mirror and hit out at the "unfair" and "untrue" speculation around why she left.

"The idea that she was faking or trying to get out of the trial is unfair and untrue. It was a minor medical emergency and it happened just before the show," they told the outlet.

"They had to take her off to get looked at and couldn’t get her back in time for the trial reveal."
