Campbell's close friend Edward Enninful, who happens to be the editor of Vogue UK, was racially profiled in 2020 when he tried to enter his offices. Enninful was told to use the loading bay by a third-party contractor, and higher-ups immediately dismissed the guard.
Taking to Instagram, the 50-year-old fashion visionary said: "Condé Nast moved quickly to dismiss the security guard, but it just goes to show that sometimes it doesn't matter what you've achieved in the course of your life: the first thing that some people will judge you on is the colour of your skin."
