Ok, seems like ages ago now that we only care about the World Cup, but the was actually a Royal Wedding earlier this year. Prince Harry married American actress Meghan Markle in May, and Meghan has since started her royal duties.
A video has emerged of Meghan meeting with the public, and it was shared by Perez Hilton (yeah, remember Perez Hilton? He was in
an episode of The Sopranos, you know).
And Hilton pointed out something strange about her voice.

Is she… is she speaking with a put-on British accent? Is that deliberate?
Hilton compares it to when Madonna adopted an awkward British accent when she moved to London.
