A man in his 30s was fatally stabbed outside the Sheraton Park Tower Casino on Seville Street, Marylebone, on Wednesday night (9 July).
Police have since sealed off the exclusive London street and have launched a manhunt for the killer.
The murder victim was found at the scene and treated by paramedics but was pronounced dead shortly after.
The man was found outside the luxurious Park Tower Hotel and Casino, located directly across from Harvey Nichols department store in Knightsbridge, near Harrods and Hyde Park.
The Metropolitan Police are still on scene, and a cordon has been issued.
No arrests have been made yet, and the police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information to come forward.
