An Essex 18-year-old has been jailed for six years for ramming a police motorcyclist who tried to stop him for speeding in a stolen car.

Following the conviction, Essex Police released footage of the incident which occurred in January this year. The video shows Martin Galbraith speeding up to 130mph before driving into the back of the police motorbike after he was signalled to pull over. PC Paul Hills injured his back in the collision but could have been even more seriously injured as you can see from the CCTV footage... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQrr7kn7fNI
