One major UK pub chain will be cutting beer prices by 25p for every degree the temperature rises.
Well, you can't have the good weather and not enjoy a pint, right?
BrewDog is bringing back their Beerometer for the good weather.
In a statement, the chain revealed: "As the mercury rises, the prices are dropping - with 25p knocked off the price of Cold Beer at BrewDog bars for every degree it rises over the base temperature this weekend."
The discount kicks in once the temperatures hit 16 degrees, and for every degree above that, 25p deducts from the price of a cold beer.
For example, if it’s 22 degrees, that’s £1.50 off your beer.
Even better news for those of you in Scotland, due to licensing rules, the new beer prices will be locked in for 72 hours, meaning you'll have a longer window to enjoy the deal.
Commenting on the return of the Beerometer Lauren Carrol, Chief Operating Officer at BrewDog said: “Let’s face it, British people love talking about the weather, and usually not for good reason. But with the warm weather heading our way, we thought why not make the most of it?
“With the Beerometer, the hotter it gets, the colder - and cheaper - your Cold Beer is. It’s our way of rewarding Brits with something crisp, refreshing, and easier on the wallet. Whether you’re escaping the sun or chasing it, one thing’s guaranteed: the beer’s cold and the air-con’s on.”
The offer will take place in all BrewDog’s bars across the UK from Friday June 20 until Wednesday June 25.
