Convicted killer Lucy Letby has lost her bid to appeal against her latest conviction.
Letby's lawyer asked three judges for approval to appeal but this has been rejected.
The 34-year-old had already been found guilty of murdering seven babies, as well as the attempted murder of six others at the Countess of Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.
A public inquiry into how Letby was able to carry out her crimes is ongoing at Liverpool Town Hall.
