It will be JUST like the movies…

Don’t try and lie to us, at some stage in your life while wearing a suit or a tuxedo, you’ve imagined yourself as James Bond. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, you’re not alone.

Now could be your chance to live out that reality, which of course will be exactly like the 007 movies have led us to believe the life of a spy entails.

The UK’s Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) will be taking on 1,000 extra staff by the year 2020 as they expand to deal with a world obsessed with internet and technology.

The staff will grow from 2,500 to 3,500 to provide extra security for their operations and staff according to BBC Newsnight.

Alex Younger, the chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, spoke in Washington on Wednesday in a public appearance.

“The information revolution fundamentally changes our operating environment,” he said.

“In five years’ time there will be two sorts of intelligence services – those that understand this fact and have prospered, and those that don’t and haven’t.

“And I’m determined that MI6 will be in the former category.”

There are no details on how to apply but we can only assume that they have files on each and everyone of us and the cherry picking of the best talent has already begun.

Or else this is a test to establish your competency as a spy and you must follow the secret clues to figure out how to apply for the role.

You do have to look good in a pair of skimpy swimming togs to apply for the job though…
