Breaking News.
Awful news just in. LeBron James' son, Bronny, has been rushed to hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Bronny James reportedly suffered the cardiac arrest during a basketball workout.
The spokesperson continued, explaining: "LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes."
TMZ also reported that a 911 call was reportedly made at 9:26am Monday from the USC's Galen Center and the 18-year-old was taken by ambulance to hospital.
Bronny is a rising star in basketball and was hoping to follow in his father's footsteps with many believing he would end up in the NBA.
During his high school senior season, Bronny was a McDonald's All-American and his father expressed his wishes to play alongside his son in the League.
The New York Times have since reported that Bronny is in a stable condition and is no longer in the ICU.
Let's hope Bronny makes a full recovery.
A family spokesperson told TMZ: "Yesterday while practicing Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest. Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information."
