Homenews

John Boyega is a hero.

The Star Wars actor has always stressed the importance of giving something back with his newfound fame and this weekend visited children in Royal London Hospital dressed as his Force Awakens character Finn, so children on the ward could have Star Wars adventures of their own. Boyega says he stayed in character throughout the visit, even asking the children to explain to him what a car was. "This little stormtrooper Daniel had a wonderful wish after seeing The Force Awakens," he wrote. "Daniel currently lives with a brain tumour and rather than having Finn to himself he wanted Finn to meet the kids at the Royal London Hospital and give them some toys." https://www.instagram.com/p/BC6TG8wMCuD/?taken-by=john_boyega Boyega's visit was arranged by Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity. Cheers John, stay delightful. Looking forward to Episode VIII. Be sure to check out our interview from last year with John Boyega here.
