Jennifer Lawrence opens up about previous male co-stars who would 'punish' her for not wanting to sleep with them.
While praising her Die My Love co-star Robert Pattinson, the Oscar-winning actress made the shocking comment in passing.
Lawrence explained how she didn't want to use an intimacy coordinator on the Die My Love set as she felt 'very safe' with Pattinson.
Further unfolding the matter, she told Las Culturistas podcast: "We did not have [an intimacy coordinator], or maybe we did, but we didn’t really… I felt really safe with Rob.
"He is not pervy and very in love with [partner] Suki [Waterhouse]. We mostly talked about our kids and our relationships.
"So there wasn’t any weird like, 'Does he think I like him?' If there was a little bit of that, I would probably have an intimacy coordinator," She continued, before making a startling confession.
"A lot of male actors get offended if you don’t want to f**k them, and then the punishment starts. He was not like that."
When hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers reacted with obvious shock and Rogers joked, "Just a little cute social punishment," Lawrence replied in an exaggeratedly serious tone, "I’ve just heard of this, I’ve never experienced it."
Not delving into further detail, Lawrence went on to say how she didn't really know Pattinson before working together, but that "he’s exactly what you would imagine, a folksy British guy and just sweet and not dramatic and really laid back."
