Hip-hop artist J Hus, real name Momodou Jallow, has been sentenced to eight months in prison after he pleaded guilty to possession of a knife.
In June 2018 this year, the artist was arrested in Stratford, east London and charged for possession of a knife before being released on bail.
On July 20th, he pleaded not guilty at Thames Magistrates' Court before facing trial this month.
Today, he pleaded was found guilty, meaning he will spend eight months behind bars.

He has previously spent time in Feltham prison in 2014 and 2015.
J Hus is best known for his album Common Sense, released in 2017, which featured hits 'Did You See' and 'Bouff Daddy'.
