Pakistan have allegedly threatened to drop a nuclear weapon on Israel, should Netanyahu use nuclear weapons against Iran.
A top Iranian officer, General Mohsen Rezaee, made the claim, saying in an interview that Pakistan have assured them.
He said: "Pakistan has assured us that if Israel uses a nuclear bomb on Iran, they will attack Israel with a nuclear bomb."
According to experts, both Pakistan and Israel are two of the nine countries that possess nuclear weapons at this moment in time.
Rezaee said that Pakistan had vowed to 'stand behind Iran' and he called on the Islamic world to unite against Israel.
Pakistan's defence minister, Khwaja Afid, appeared to deny Razaee's claims saying: "Pakistan is signatory to all international nuclear disciplines; our nuclear capability is for our people's benefit and defence against hostile designs."
He did, however, say that the world appears on the edge of conflict, saying: "Western world must worry about conflicts generated by Israel.
"It will engulf the whole region and beyond; their patronage of Israel, a rogue state, can have catastrophic consequences."
Earlier today, the US embassy in Tel Aviv reportedly suffered damage amidst the latest Iranian air strikes on the city last night, the ambassador to Israel has said.
An attack that saw multiple residential buildings destroyed in a strike just a few hundred metres from the US embassy branch with the location suffering minor damage.
No staff were injured but the embassy will remain closed, ambassador Mike Huckabee said.
He said the embassy in Tel Aviv was damaged “from concussions of Iranian missile hits” near the building.
Much concern has been made over the US entering into the war, however, so far US President Trump has refrained from accepting Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's requests for help.
Five people were killed in Israel in the latest overnight strikes while dozens more were injured.
The cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa have been targeted primarily with the death toll across Israel rising to 19 since Friday.
