Social media influencer Harrison Sullivan, better known as HSTikkyTokky, has been sentenced for crashing a McLaren and spending nearly a year on the run from authorities.
Sullivan (24) was detained in the UK on last month after he failed to appear at Guildford Magistrates' Court in November last year.
A Surrey Police spokesperson confirmed Sullivan's arrest, saying: "A 24-year-old man from Hutton, Essex was arrested on Friday, 10 October for failing to appear at court for dangerous driving.
"He appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 11 October and has been remanded ahead of a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 14 October."
Appearing at Staines Magistrates' Court, Sullivan was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, ordered to undertake 300 hours of unpaid work, and has been disqualified from driving for two years.
He also has been handed a three-month curfew and has been ordered to be electronically monitored. He will have to take a new driving test after two years, and go through 30 days of rehabilitation.
The judge described his actions as a "deliberate decision to ignore the rules of the road", but conceded that she would not give him a harsher sentence to set an example to his followers.
Sullivan said he was "ashamed" of his actions.
"I understand that if I am acting in a dangerous way, this could influence others to do the same," he said.
"Spreading a positive message and helping people less fortunate than myself, that's what makes me the happiest."

The influencer crashed his £220k McLaren while driving at 71mph on a 40mph road, when he collided with another vehicle.
Sullivan was charged with a series of driving offences, which included failing to stop when his £200,000 McLaren was severely damaged in a horrific crash.
In addition, he was charged for using his phone while driving as well as driving without third-party insurance.
He failed to attend court in November, but was seen online in places including Dubai and Thailand following the crash.
The court heard that he was extradited from Spain to the UK after being arrested on unrelated matters.
Another hearing will take place in January to decide how much Sullivan should pay Surrey Police and the Crown Prosecution Service for the costs involved in pursuing him abroad.
Sullivan quickly rose to fame on social media with his fitness videos and rows with other social media stars.
