Unless you've spent the last week or so living under a rock, you're probably more than well aware that England is now in the grips of Lockdown 2.0.

Police in Wigan Borough confirmed that officers in the Golborne and Lowton neighbourhood had issued a fine to a man for breaking lockdown restrictions to have a cup of tea with a friend.

New lockdown restrictions came into force across England on Thursday and are due to last a month as the government looks to stem the rise in new cases.
