A new statue of the late Queen and Prince Philip is being mocked by viewers after it was unveiled in Antrim just days ago.
The statue, which shows the Queen wearing a headscarf and padded jacket, was displayed last weekend on the second anniversary of the Queen's death.
According to the BBC, even Vera McWilliam, Antrim and Newtownabbey's councillor, spoke badly of the statue, saying: "We have to be honest, it does not resemble the queen in any shape or form."
Others took to X to slam the statue with many suggesting that it looks more like Mrs Doubtfire than the late Queen herself.
One wrote: "Did they base this statue on Mrs Doubtfire?"
Another wrote: "Looks more like Mrs Doubtfire than the Queen."
A third wrote: "I'm no royalist, but that's just an insulting caricature."
Another commented: "Let’s be grateful that Queen Elizabeth was spared the disappointment of seeing this awful statue in person."
Even Piers Morgan has jumped on the wagon, writing: "This new statue of the, great Queen is diabolical."
