The message looks as though it may have been confirmed to be Rogozin himself on the Russian social media app, Telegram, where the screengrab appears to have been taken from.
Sent prior to Musk's tweets, the lengthy caption accompanies a video of Musk attending the Met Gala with his mother last Monday, May 2.

As somewhat of a competitor in regards to space travel, the pair were have had previous feuds prior to this, one including Rogozin labelling him a "little devil" after he challenged the Russian president to single combat.
Musk went on to joke, "If I die under mysterious circumstances, it's been nice knowing ya, while many online noted that the politician's own tweets on the platform the billionaire now owns appear protected.

While the screenshot is et to be fully verified, it appears genuine at this stage - and even more likely given the pair's previous run-ins.
