He had recently been treated for pneumonia and Covid-19. https://twitter.com/captaintommoore/status/1356634749339590657?s=20 Captain Tom rose to fame during the first national lockdown when he raised over £30 million for the NHS by walking 100 laps of his garden ahead of his 100th birthday.
