Fans were left stunned by the post with many pointing out that the timing was not ideal.
"LOL YIKES", wrote one, while another added: "NOT THIS HAHAHAHAHAHA."
Others assumed the tweet must have been scheduled and hadn't been altered following the news of the Queen's health.
Sharing a screenshot of the tweet, one person wrote: "CHECK YOUR SCHEDULED TWEETS!!!!!"
